Return Process
- 1.Check Your Order
Inspect your treats immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is fresh and in perfect condition.
- 2.Contact Support
If there is an issue, email our care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a replacement or a digital gift card is the best solution.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will ship out a fresh replacement order at no cost to you or issue a credit to your original payment method.
